In October last year, i had subscribed for a quarterly subscription of my Airtel DTH economy channel package. Now, the customer care executive guy, even when i asked him about the channel difference, didn't mention that the new quarterly package would remove channels like BBC and VH1 forever, and i'll have to subscribe them seperately(which costs me a whoping 80 bucks).
Complaining their nodal office wasn't helpful. Multiple repeated complains didn't help much. Their behaviour was such that it seemed that they intentionally didn't provide the information. Recently,i had written to the ministry of broadcasting about this malpractise.
Lets hope i'm able to get some solution. I'll write to media regarding it, maybe they could help me with it.
Here's a suggestion for guys out there going to buy Airtel
