Here are a few more anger management tips i came across. Hope they'll be useful to you guys.
1) Drink Water
If you lose temper quite often,then you must drink water as a regular practise
2) Forgive Others
We tend to forgive ourselves for our mistakes,but not others are wrong. Try to forgive others. It brings peace onto oneself.
3)Divert Attention
Keep your family portrait at your workdesk. Whenever you lose temper,take a look at it and think of some of the happy moments with them. It helps in controlling anger. Alternatively, count till 10 in case you're about to lose your temper.
4)Quick Meditation
If you're about to lose your timper,close your eyes and tell yourself that you will override your temperament no matter what happens. Repeat these words "I will not lose my temper".
