Lets See now !!!

Wht would b more preferable - iPod or iPhone !!!

For me , it's iPhone!!

Reason - works as gud as ipod !!

Confused !!!

Read on !

If u notice , iPhone has a touchpad, so if u try out a few tricks, iPhone wil act like as v3.0 of iPod,

Lech Johansen (aka DVD Jon), who became world-famous after writing a DVD copying software, has published a hack to activate the iPhone without iTunes or the two year voice and data contract from AT&T.

Here is wht i found in the book's sample copy

Add "127.0.0.1 albert.apple.com" to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Download iPhone Activation Server to activate your iPhone for iPod+WiFi use.

Once the process is over, you will be able to use iPhone as a music player, email machine, view and donload youtube videos, use internet enabled on Wi-Fi and more. But the sad part, no calls :(( .

Well, u can still enjoy all those features for free now !

sounds good. I read from the newspapers that many buyers of the new iphone are complaining abt. sound quality, is it so?
It will only be sold in Asia next year, hopefully it will be an improved version.

Well, we cannot say that it's sound quality is bad, because Apple is famous for its sound quality in its music devices. It can be that the sound quality might have been degraded a bit to accomodate space for more features. It can also be that people are expecting too much from the much hyped phone.

Well, Asians dont need to worry much. Apple is a very aggresively marketed company and i am sure that it will soon clarify the problem. Eitherways, the iPhone we will get in Asia is going to be improved, as Apple would be very interested to sell this product in Asia, where many developing nations are the most happening market for these items

Well, i nowhere read it better(or something).
People were saying that the iPhone is a good phone to buy but still has a lot of features to work upon to make it a good buy.

For example, Soh said that the phone is experiencing audio problems, which is somewhat true for the American users who have been getting the top node audio quality from their telecom companies. They say that the audio quality is very normal and isn't much rich(a surprise for me infact).Others say the volume is too low.

You see, different people havhe different expectations. A high schhool student will have different expectations for the iPhone than a businessman will have.
So the best is that lets wait for the worldwide release of the iPhone and then see how successful it is. That according to me is the best parameter for any phone to be successful.
