Product Review - Cadbury Bournville

People nowadays prefer dark chocolate as gifts over the traditional sweets as its becoming a fashionable trend nowadays. So, i thought to gift a Cadbury Bournville. But before that, i myself tasted one. here's what i came across. I went for the Bournville Raisin and Nuts one.

Bournville comes in a nice packing. The outer cover is good, infact better than those of other Cadbury products. Unwrapping it gives you a cover which states the fact that the chocolate contains 44% cocoa. Anyways, ignoring it, i open the foil. The foil is above average foil that i've seen in such bar chocolates. Infact, the foil reminds me of the Ferrero Rocher's wrapping foil. Unwrapping it, i come to the main thing - the chololate

The chocolate's dark looks just make you tempted to have it. Cadbury has been kind enough to cut the chocolate peces according to the size(not unlike the small 5gram dairy milk, where the pieces are just too large).

And on putting them in the mouth, here's what they taste like. A bitter cocoa base, with occasional sweetening( primarily because of raisins and apricot kernels). The chocolate also has cashewnuts which make it crunchy.

And when the chocolate ends, thats when you realise that you had it. This was one chocolate which didn't get stuck in my teeth(unlike the traditional dairy milk, which always gets stuck). Its good for those who love pure healthy chocolate which makes you rejoice the fact that you're not wasting your money on simple plain chocolate.

I give it a 8/10 .
